Dovoya is the capital city of Davada. It is located in the northern portion of the province of Votschen, at the confluence of the Dovoya River and the Vedau River. As of Davtember 20,748, Dovoya had a city population of 8,002,124, making it the second-largest city in Davada.

Dovoya is the political centre of Davada and the headquarters of the Darliamentary Government. The city houses numerous foreign embassies, key buildings, organizations, and institutions of Davada's government; these include the Houses of Darliament of Davada, the residence of Davada's Protector, and Office of the Priminister.
